Placing a preorder is a guaranteed way to get your items without having to worry about it being out of stock.
Preorders have a certain ordering window that will close after an allotted period of time. (usually a week or two)
After this, the products will be manufactured, sent to us, and we will then ship them out to you. You can expect to wait 2-4 weeks for your pre-order to ship.
Any cancellation of preorders must be within 24 hours. No exceptions.
