What is the return policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Please ensure you are purchasing responsibly.

What do i do if my package is missing or damaged?

Please contact your shipping provider for any issues regarding missing or damaged packages. Once a package leaves our office, it is the responsibility of the shipping provider.

You can typically get reimbursed by the shipping company by filling out a claims form on their website.

HOW DO PREORDERS WORK?

Placing a preorder is a guaranteed way to get your items without having to worry about it being out of stock.

Preorders have a certain ordering window that will close after an allotted period of time. (usually a week or two)

After this, the products will be manufactured, sent to us, and we will then ship them out to you. You can expect to wait 2-4 weeks for your pre-order to ship.

Any cancellation of preorders must be within 24 hours. No exceptions.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information and delivery estimates.

Generally most orders ship within 1-3 days for in-stock items.

Preorders typically take 1-2 weeks to process once received at our office, but can take longer depending on manufacturer. You can expect preorders to ship within 2-4 weeks realistically. Please be patient with your preorders.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

Free shipping is available on orders of $45 or more.

International buyers are responsible for all shipping costs as well as tariffs and or customs fees.

I put in the wrong address, what do now? :(

Always ensure the address you provide is the correct one. We will not be responsible for any incorrect shipment details from your behalf. Please contact us ASAP and we will try to change it but no guarantees.

If order has already shipped with incorrect info, please contact us.

Reshipment of order(s) and or item(s) is not our responsibility (unless we ourselves are at fault).
